Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Smart Scheduler AI, including its MCP interfaces and any associated APIs, in any of the following ways.

Prohibited activity

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam), whether via email or SMS.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, RLS, rate limits, or usage caps.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying the Service outside the documented MCP interfaces.
• Uploading malware, exploits, or content that infringes IP or privacy rights.
• Impersonating another person or organisation, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Using the Service to build or train a competing product.
• Overloading, degrading, or interfering with the Service or its infrastructure.

AI-specific rules

• Don't use Smart Scheduler AI to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or targeted at causing harm.
• You are responsible for the inputs you provide and the outputs you apply - schedule proposals require human review before dispatch.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@smart-scheduler.com.

Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination under our Terms & Conditions.
