Refund Policy

If Smart Scheduler AI isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund of your first paid subscription period within 30 days of the initial charge. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout; Paddle will send you a link to manage your order, including refund requests.
- Or email support@smart-scheduler.com with your order reference and we'll route the refund through Paddle.
Renewals
Subscription renewals (after the first paid period) are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge if the account has had no material usage in the renewal period. Contact support and we'll review it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals - you keep access for the remainder of the billed period.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly with Paddle.
Exceptions
Amounts spent on external services on your behalf (for example, per-message SMS fees, or Google Maps Platform usage where you bring your own key) are not refundable by us.
